Booking Confirmation and Payments
A minimum deposit of **20%** of the total trip cost is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance is due **60 days** prior to the departure date. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the booking by Awesome Travels.
Travel Documentation
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure all necessary visas, passports, and health certifications are valid for the duration of the trip. Awesome Travels will provide guidance but accepts no liability for denial of boarding or entry.
Cancellation Policy
- 90+ days before departure: Deposit forfeit, remaining balance refunded.
- 60-89 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost charged.
- Less than 60 days: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
